Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.


Consequences of revocation
If you revoke a purchase contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation. For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you.

In no event will you be charged any fees in relation to this repayment. However, we can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling which was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.


General information
The following information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. We ask you to return the goods to us to the best of your knowledge and in good conscience with the greatest possible care, taking into account any damage and contamination that may occur during transport. If possible, send the goods in the original packaging with all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that offers sufficient protection against possible damage in transit. If possible, also use protective outer packaging.
