If you choose the advance payment method, ARTStudio will provide buyers with their bank details in the order confirmation. When paying by direct debit, buyers may have to bear any costs that arise as a result of a payment transaction being reversed due to insufficient funds in the account or due to incorrect bank details provided by you. The goods will only be delivered when ARTStudio has received the amount paid.

If buyers default on a payment, they are obliged to pay statutory default interest of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.
